A request may be refused or modified when it involves:

- Trademarked brand elements (logos, packaging, uniforms).
- Celebrity likenesses or public figures.
- Otherwise protected content — protected artwork, distinctive commercial designs.

The refusal comes from the underlying model's content policy, not from your Movo AI account. A request may be refused or modified even when the rest of the Project is valid. This is not a bug — it is model-level content guardrails working as designed.
How to get more reliable generation
For more reliable generation:
- Use original or properly licensed assets.
- Avoid requesting an exact unauthorized reproduction.
- Avoid directly replicating protected characters, celebrities, brands, or existing media.
- Describe the general visual qualities you want instead of requesting an exact copy.
- Replace restricted materials with original characters or designs when necessary.
Describe instead of reproduce
Instead of asking for a specific known character or brand, describe the visual qualities that make it feel similar — silhouette, palette, era, mood, wardrobe language. This gives you creative direction without triggering restrictions.
Instead of "make it look like [known franchise]", try "a lone wanderer in a dust-worn coat, sun-bleached palette, wide-lens plains, 1970s Western pacing". You get the mood without the IP.
