What can you not use Movo AI for? You may not use Movo AI to violate laws, infringe others' rights, spread misinformation, harass others, or interfere with the Service. See 8. Acceptable Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Movo AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who create accounts, upload content, generate projects, or otherwise access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Movo AI is an AI Video Agent for creative production. The Service helps you transform ideas, references, and assets into complete videos through an AI-assisted creation workflow, and may include features such as:

  • Video generation from text prompts, uploaded images, videos, or reference materials
  • Project memory that maintains creative context across scenes and sessions
  • Character, scene, and product consistency support within a project
  • Assistance with scripting, scene structure, and output review

Available features, models, generation settings, and output quality may vary and may be updated from time to time as the Service evolves.

3. Account Registration

To use Movo AI, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Movo AI, including prompts, images, videos, audio, and other reference materials ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Movo AI a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content only as necessary to provide and operate the Service. This license exists solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and does not permit any other use.

5. Generated Content

Movo AI does not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

You may use generated content commercially, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

Your rights to generated outputs do not include rights to third-party materials contained in your inputs. For example, if you upload copyrighted images, trademarked logos, or the likeness of another person as part of your inputs, your rights in the resulting output remain limited by the underlying rights in those inputs.

You are responsible for ensuring that any use of generated content complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.

6. Uploaded Images and Likeness Rights

If uploaded content contains identifiable individuals, including their faces, voices, or likenesses, you must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit that content to Movo AI and to create outputs from it.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining these rights. You must not upload content that contains identifiable individuals without their authorization.

7. AI Models and Third-Party Services

Movo AI uses third-party AI models and services to power certain features.

Model availability, performance, and output quality may vary and may change over time. Specific models or providers may be added, updated, or removed as the Service evolves. We do not guarantee any particular model, feature, or output quality will remain available.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Movo AI to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Create content that misrepresents identifiable individuals without their consent
  • Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that violates applicable law
  • Publish spam, misleading content, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
  • Spread misinformation or disinformation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

9. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Movo AI a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate your Feedback to improve the Service, without obligation to you.

10. Public Showcase

Movo AI may feature content that you publicly share or content that you explicitly provide permission to use in marketing materials, on our website, or in other Movo AI channels.

We will not use private User Content for public showcase without your permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Fees and Payment

Movo AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

13.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Movo AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

13.2. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, distributing, or otherwise relying on them.

13.3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@movoai.pro.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
