These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who connect social media accounts, create content, or otherwise access the platform.

Movo is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides:

- Content Generation: AI-assisted creation of social media content including video scripts, captions, and hashtags
- Performance Analytics: Analysis of social media metrics to optimize content strategy
- Audience Growth Tools: Automated strategies designed to grow targeted social media audiences
- Multi-Platform Publishing: Automated publishing of content to connected social media platforms including TikTok

To use Movo, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

When you connect a social media account (including TikTok) to Movo:

Authorization: You authorize Movo to access your social media account data and, where applicable, publish content on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant.

Compliance: You agree that your use of connected social media platforms through Movo will comply with those platforms' terms of service and community guidelines.

Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for all content published to your social media accounts through Movo. You should review all AI-generated content before it is published.

Revocation: You may disconnect any social media account at any time through your Movo account settings or directly through the social media platform.

TikTok Specific: Use of TikTok features through Movo is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and Developer Terms.

You agree not to use Movo to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Publish spam, misleading content, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
- Spread misinformation or disinformation
- Violate any social media platform's terms of service or community guidelines
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or that is created on your behalf through Movo. By using the Service, you grant Movo a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

Movo's IP: The Movo platform, including its AI models, software, design, and documentation, is owned by Movo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by Movo's AI is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at movoai.pro/privacy to understand our practices.

Movo offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

- You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Movo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Social Media Platform Changes: Movo is not responsible for changes to social media platform APIs, policies, or features that may affect the Service's functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
